Everything you enter into the app is stored only on your device, protected by your passcode and your device's security. We don't have a server that holds your data — in fact, we have no way to see what you've entered. See the Privacy Policy for the full explanation.
Your passcode is required every time the app opens. We don't know it and can't reset it. If you lose your passcode and haven't enabled biometric unlock or another recovery option, your stored information cannot be recovered — by us or anyone else. We recommend keeping your passcode in a password manager and backing up your device regularly.
If you restore your new phone from a backup of your old one (iCloud or Google), your app data should come with it. If you set up the new phone fresh, you'll start with an empty app on the new device — you'd need to re-enter your information. We recommend regular device backups.
The app lets you email sections of your data through your own email account, which is useful for sharing with a house sitter, a contractor, a buyer, or family. We're not involved in those emails — you control what's shared and with whom.
The Concierge feature prepares an email in your email app with details about what you need help with — whether real estate, mortgage, insurance, or another home decision. You review the email and send it to us. We respond directly or connect you with a qualified professional. Your information is sent only when you tap Send in your email app.
The app is free to download. Some features may require an unlock code or a one-time purchase, handled through the app store.
No. The app does not include analytics, advertising, or tracking. Your information stays only on your device, and the app's owner doesn't see, collect, or share it.
